A place for samplers lovers to meet, chat, share our stitching and Scarlet Letter samplers, support each other and appreciate the reproductions and original designs of Marsha Parker
Agree, we must all find something else to do.
That may be possible.
I totally agree. We cannot stop after a year. It is great to share with other sampler stitchers. It encourages me to pick up my stitching when I get in the dumps and don't feel like stitching. This SAL is a great booster.
I am so enjoying it too. I am learning so much from everyone.
This SAL has been so much fun and I am constantly amazed at all of these beautiful samplers. I keep making a list of the next ones I want to stitch, and my list just keeps growing...and growing...and growing...LOL.
I agree. This needs to continue on after the year is complete. It will take more than one year for me to complete all the SL samplers that I want to stitch. It is great fun seeing them stitched up
I agree 100%! I hope this becomes an annual tradition, Nicola! It's so wonderful to feel the enthusiasm of everyone here, and I enjoy watching everybody's progress. The samplers shown actually being stitched give such a better representation than the model "shop" photos, I think! I have a list about a mile long already of the designs I "must have" from Scarlet Letter now! That's for hosting this event, Nicola, and thanks to everyone participating!
I didn't give it ending any thought, but please keep it going, it is just such a lovely place to visit and see everyone's progress.
It's my 50th in 2016 so let's see how many of the Starts are finished by then!!I'm happy to keep going with the blog is everyone else is :-)
