Rebecca Robinson update....

Greetings to all you Scarlet Letter sampler lovers...

In case you heard a squeal lately, it was me when I completed Rebecca's honeysuckle vine border and it matched up as it should.... Whew!!!! I was just a tad excited to know the frogs weren't going to visit....

Now, I can begin the motifs that Rebecca felt important enough to incorporate into her sampler.... I look at each one as a mini finish.... And, there's LOTS of them.... Have I told you lately how much I have enjoyed stitching this fantastic sampler????

For those of you who are stitching Rebecca Robinson right now, or those who are considering it, I think this one is a classic and one to be cherished....

It's almost Friday..... Yeah!!!!

Peace,

Faye

Congratulations on the border meeting... that's almost as good as a finish. She's a real beauty and I look forward to stitching her one day.

I am soooo pleased but never doubted that your border would meet up. I totally agree Miss Robinson is a classic and in a class of her own.

Boy, when borders meet,it's time to celebrate! Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous....I'm rethinking mine......I really like the intensity of two strands of DMC....however, I do not like the look of two strands on 40 count....I stitched one of the leaf/flower motifs with one strand and it looks too wimpy....my dilemma is whether to suck it up and buy the silks or use 30 or 32 count with two strands of DMC....
Suggestions welcome!,,,

Awesome that your border matched up and you have it all completed. Rebecca's urns are huge, but look amazing. I'm sure you are looking forward to lots of mini happy dances in the coming weeks as you complete each motif.
