Ann Hair is Finished At Long Last!

It has been a very long time coming, but at last Ann Hair (The Scarlet Letter) is finished!

At the bottom of the last photo you can see where I backstitched my name, date, and city and state. Since this information won't show when the piece is framed, I didn't bother to chart and center it

My version is a variation of the reproduction since I did my own thing with the grass and deer.

I'll show another photo once I get Ann framed.

There are larger photos on my blog www.withmyneedle-ellen.blogspot.com.

I know this was a pain at times but it seems to have been well worth it. Such a gorgeous sampler, now added to my list, and I love what you did with the grass!! Laura

'Ann Hair' is on my list for 2014. I can only hope mine will be half as lovely as yours ... I may need some hand holding once I get her started ;)
